Sweet Memories was established in 2015, led by Vanessa Wong, a Le Cordon Bleu pastry chef with 16 years of experience in the hospitality and culinary industry. Our name reflects our mission: to create sweet memories and bring a sense of happiness and warmth to every customer.

We are committed to using only the finest and freshest ingredients in every dessert, ensuring that each treat is crafted in a hygienic environment to the highest standards, perfectly tailored to suit Hong Kong’s taste preferences.

Over the past nine years, through continuous innovation and refinement, we have developed over 100 products, including custom-made desserts. The smiles of our satisfied customers remain our greatest motivation and the driving force behind the success of Sweet Memories today.

Vanessa Wong 是一名擁有多年經驗和豐富知識的專業甜點師。她畢業於澳洲藍帶廚藝學院和香港西廚學院。她喜歡烘焙,希望以這份愛與熱誠、經驗和執着感染所有人。
